Inshallah, our hotel facilities range from one star to five stars. Our accommodation is located in close proximity to the Haram (Makkah & Madinah only, not in Aziziyah) to ensure prompt and quick access to public service points, restaurants, shopping centres, etc.

We provide tasty Tamil Nadu food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at the dining hall in the hotel and in the building's restaurants with a buffet system.

Our group will be accompanied by a highly qualified and well-experienced AALIM (bayans are conducted only in Tamil).
Every day, our aalim will preach alongside the knowledge of performing the various rituals for Haj, Umrah, and Ziyarah; he is also well-versed in all other minute requirements with extensive experience, such as the historical significance of the place, tips on shopping, food, local do’s and don’ts, etc.
6. ORIENTATION PROGRAM
Before embarking on the journey, an orientation program is organised to ensure pilgrims are prepared in all aspects of the duas, ritual procedures, dress code, attitude and mental makeup, safety measures, temperature, diet, emergencies, and crisis management situations.
Such a session is essential because the majority of the pilgrims are newcomers, performing their pilgrimage for the first time.
7. CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Among the many aspects of the orientation, the pilgrims are briefed on crisis management. They are taught essential words in Arabic, provided with contact numbers of authorities like the Consulate General’s office/Embassy in Jeddah, and given tips on first aid and other emergency measures.
