Child Policy

Infants below 2 years will have a concession in the flight ticket as per airline policy. Also, infants below 2 years will have a concession in the local saudi transportation as per the Saudi Transport Syndicate norms.
For children above 2 years will be the same rate as adults.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

Air-conditioned accommodation with lift facility at Makkah, Madinah.
Air cooler tent facility at Mina and small air cooler facility in Arafat and Muzdalifah is an open area.
We provide tasty tamilnadu foods. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are served at the dining hall in the hotel & building restaurants with Buffet system.
Inshallah meals will also be served in Mina & Arafat but with moallim providing foods only.
We take you to Ziyarah Inside both the haram shariff of MAKKAH and MADINAH.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

The original passport should hold validity for at least 6 months from the date of departure. Passports should have 2-4 blank pages.

The latest Version Photos – Visa Size: 4.0 cm x 6.0 cm Photo – 4 No’s. Colour photo with white background (Ladies preferably in hijab).

Passport Size: 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm Photo – 4 No’s. Colour photo with red background (Ladies preferably in hijab).

Aadhaar and individual PAN card Xerox copies with signature (Provide your GST number if you have any).

Medical & Health requirements shall be followed as per HCOI guidelines.

N.R.I, P.I.O.C, O.C.I Card not valid for Saudi Embassy

Persons of indian original card / overseas citizen of india /another card that's validity for at least 1 Year from the date of departure.

IMPORTANT NOTE

No cash and D.D payment are allowed.

You are requested to pay the amount only through Online Payment or Debit/Credit Card or Cheque or RTGS. Cheque should be in favor of SHA HAJ SERVICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. You can pay your selected package amount in terms of 10 dues maximum. All payments should be routed through the banking account of the pilgrims only, as per the rules of MINISTRY OF MINORITY AFFAIRS.

No cash payment or Blank Cheque should be in anybody's name or to anyone, who states that he is in our company. Our company is not responsible for such conditions.

The original passport, photos, original application form and also Aadhaar and individual Pan card Xerox copies with signature on it of respective Haji must be submitted to our Registration office only within 7 working days after registration. If the haji available in India, should send all the required original documents to our registration office directly. If not send directly to our registration office. The company will not be responsible for your documents until we confirm receiving it.

If you access through incharge of SHA HAJ SERVICE in a particular area, your name will be registered only after receiving the cheque by the registration office from your respective incharge. To know whether the incharge belongs to our company or not, check it out through our website www.shahajservice.com or directly contact only our registration office. (Contact: 94451 50009).

For cancellation of booking before visa stamping, our service charge of Rs. 25,000/- will be deducted, the balance amount will be refunded by cheque only. For cancellation of booking after visa stamping, the service charge of 80% will be deducted from the selected package amount, balance amount will be refunded only as cheque after completion the HAJ season (these charges are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted either).
