HAJ PILGRIMAGE’S ATTENTION

• Inshallah, further information regarding Haj (flight, hotels, Moallim, Jod, etc.) will be uploaded here tentatively. Final updates will be made within 30 days after the allotment of the Haj quota by the Government of India.
• Our hotel facilities range from four stars to five stars in Makkah and from normal hotels to three stars in Madinah. Our accommodations are located in close proximity to the Haram. In Aziziyah, the building is situated to ensure prompt and quick access to public service points, restaurants, shopping centres, etc.
• Our group will be accompanied by a highly qualified and well-experienced Aalim (bayans are conducted only in Tamil).
• Every day, our Aalim will preach alongside the knowledge of performing the various rituals for Haj, Umrah, and Ziyarah. He is also well-versed in all other minute requirements with extensive experience, such as the historical significance of the places, tips on shopping, food, local dos and don’ts, etc.
• Our service will offer total solutions to ensure top-quality service.

Child Policy

• Infants below 2 years will have a concession on the flight ticket as per airline policy. Also, infants below 2 years will have a concession in local Saudi transportation as per the Saudi Transport Syndicate norms.
• For children above 2 years, the rate will be the same as for adults.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Inshallah in Makkah near Haram Sharif and Madinah, within 210** meters away from Haram Sharif and Aziziyah, within 10** km to 15** km away from Haram Sharif and Mina to Jamarat (by walk only), within 2** km to 4** km.
• Air-conditioned accommodation with lift facility at Makkah, Madinah, and Aziziyah.
• There is an air-conditioned tent facility at Mina and a standing air-conditioned facility in Arafat (men and women separately), and Muzdalifah is an open area.
• We care for our pilgrims and make their travel comfortable with A/C buses.
• In star hotels, various foods will be served for breakfast only according to the hotel menu. We provide delicious Tamil Nadu cuisine. Lunch and dinner are served at the food court at our counter in Makkah (the food is not served buffet-style). We offer tasty Tamil Nadu food in the Madinah hotels and the Aziziyah building with a buffet system.
• Inshallah, meals will also be served in Mina and Arafat, but with the Moallim providing food only.
• All local Ziyarah tours in Makkah and Madinah will be conducted by A/C buses.
• We take you to Ziyarah inside both the Haram Sharif of Makkah and Madinah.
• Haj visa.
• Airfare: round-trip air ticket, connecting flight: Chennai to Jeddah and return from Jeddah to Chennai.
• Laundry service is available in Makkah and Madinah only (except in Aziziyah, Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah).
• 5 litres of zam zam.
• All services start from Jeddah Airport (your landing point in Saudi Arabia).
• Inshallah, we provide a fulfilled and delightful Haj service.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES

• If any other new additional tax (India GST & TCS & Saudi VAT or any other tax in the Indian & Saudi governments) is applicable and if the tax amount is also increased by both governments, then the haji should pay the extra tax amount separately.
• Qurbani.
• Haji’s personal expenses.
• For additional Umrah expenses.
• Foreign exchange, etc. (under the BTQ scheme, each person is eligible to draw 3,000 USD at his own cost).
• Wheelchairs for disabled/aged persons should be arranged individually at their own cost. The tour cost does not include it.
• Airline excess luggage charges.
• Room service is not available.
• Saudi SIM card.
• The expense for staying in Chennai, food expenses, and other personal expenses at the airport and also during all travelling hours.
• Any other additional services that are not included here in the package.
• All local ziyarah tours in Makkah and Madinah.
• Aiysha Masjid Umrah.
• Tawaf a ziyarah and tawaf al-vida.
• Transport service from hotel to Haram Sharif.
• Haj vaccination.
• PCR test or any other test in India.
• If anyone gets a positive covid test, the haji will be responsible for bearing all the expenses, and all further reservations will be non-refundable. All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
