Inshallah, our hotel facilities range from four stars to five stars. Our accommodation is located in close proximity to Haram Makkah and from normal hotels to three stars in Madinah to ensure prompt and quick access to public service points, restaurants, shopping centres, etc.
Our group will be accompanied by a highly qualified and well-experienced Aalim (bayans are conducted only in Tamil).
Every day, our Aalim will preach alongside the knowledge of performing the various rituals for Haj, Umrah, and Ziyarah. He is also well-versed in all other minute requirements with extensive experience, such as the historical significance of the place, tips on shopping, food, local dos and don’ts, etc.
Our service will offer total solutions to ensure top-quality service.

Child Policy

Infants below 2 years will have a concession on the flight ticket as per airline policy. Bed and food are not included. + Tax.
Children aged 2-6 will have a concession on the flight ticket as per airline policy. Bed and food are not included. + Tax.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

Inshallah in Makkah near Haram Sharif and Madinah, within 210** meters away from Haram Sharif.
Air-conditioned accommodation with lift facilities in both Makkah and Madinah.
All local Ziyarah tours in Makkah and Madinah will be conducted by A/C buses.
We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Tamil Nadu foods) only in parcels at Makkah Hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at the dining hall in the Madinah Hotel, with a buffet system.
We take you to Ziyarah inside both the Haram Sharif of Makkah and Madinah.
Umrah visa.
Airfare: round-trip air ticket, connecting flight: Chennai to Jeddah and return from Jeddah to Chennai.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VISA STAMPING

Single Male must be above 40 years of age.

Single female must be above 45 years of age

Below 40 years males and Below 45 year’s females should be accompanied by Mahram and family relationship must be proved on the passports.

Male child below 18 years should be accompanied with a Male Mahram and Child above 18 years should be accompanied by Female Mahram.

Ladies cannot travel Alone without a Mahram.

The original passport should hold validity for at least 6 months from the date of departure. Passports should have 2-4 blank pages.

The latest version of photos—visa size: 4.0 cm x 6.0 cm, 2 copy required. Colour photo with a white background (ladies preferably in hijab).

Individual PAN card xerox copy.

Individual Aadhar card xerox copy.

Individual mobile number (Haji Aadhar card linked with mobile number).

Individual e-mail ID (Haji, which is synced in your device's Play Store app ID or iOS app ID).

Permanent residence full address.

Medical and health requirements shall be followed as per HCOI guidelines.

N.R.I, P.I.O.C, O.C.I Card not valid for Saudi Embassy

IMPORTANT:

Passport should reach us fifty days before departure. We need the passport / N.R.I / P.I.O.C / O.C.I / OTHER CARD for airline request last date.

If passport / N.R.I / P.I.O.C / O.C.I / OTHER CARD dose nit reach our Registration Office on the said month. The booking will be automatically cancelled.

So avoid delay in handing over the passport / N.R.I / P.I.O.C / O.C.I / OTHER CARD to our Registration Office only.

Advance Amount Rs: 50,000/- by Cheque or Demand draft or RTGS or Debit/Credit Card or Online Payment only should be in favor of SHA HAJ SERVICE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED and balance amount in easy (7) installments should be deposited at our Registration Office only against official receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE

No cash and D.D payment are allowed.

You are requested to pay the amount only through Online Payment or Debit/Credit Card or Cheque or RTGS. Cheque should be in favor of SHA HAJ SERVICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. You can pay your selected package amount in terms of 10 dues maximum. All payments should be routed through the banking account of the pilgrims only, as per the rules of MINISTRY OF MINORITY AFFAIRS.

No cash payment or Blank Cheque should be in anybody's name or to anyone, who states that he is in our company. Our company is not responsible for such conditions.

The original passport, photos, original application form and also Aadhaar and individual Pan card Xerox copies with signature on it of respective Haji must be submitted to our Registration office only within 7 working days after registration. If the haji available in India, should send all the required original documents to our registration office directly. If not send directly to our registration office. The company will not be responsible for your documents until we confirm receiving it.

If you access through incharge of SHA HAJ SERVICE in a particular area, your name will be registered only after receiving the cheque by the registration office from your respective incharge. To know whether the incharge belongs to our company or not, check it out through our website www.shahajservice.com or directly contact only our registration office. (Contact: 94451 50009).

For cancellation of booking before visa stamping, our service charge of Rs. 25,000/- will be deducted, the balance amount will be refunded by cheque only. For cancellation of booking after visa stamping, the service charge of 80% will be deducted from the selected package amount, balance amount will be refunded only as cheque after completion the HAJ season (these charges are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted either).
