• Inshallah, our hotel facilities range from normal hotels to two stars. Our accommodation is located in close proximity to Haram (Makkah & Madinah Saudi Arabia only), Amman-Jordan, Jerusalem-Palestine, and Cairo-Egypt to ensure prompt and quick access to public service points, restaurants, shopping centres, etc.
• Our group will be accompanied by a highly qualified and well-experienced Aalim (bayans are conducted only in Tamil in Makkah and Madinah).
• Every day, our Aalim will preach alongside the knowledge of performing the various rituals for Haj, Umrah, and Ziyarah. He is also well-versed in all other minute requirements with extensive experience, such as the historical significance of the places, tips on shopping, food, local dos and don’ts, etc.
• For the years 2002 to 2008 in Tamil Nadu, no service was available for Ziyarah. SHA HAJ SERVICE took hajjis for Ziyarah in 2009 and successfully fulfilled Ziyarah tours covering many holy places in various countries and returned successfully.
• Our service will offer total solutions to ensure top-quality service.

Child Policy

• Infants below 2 years will have a concession on the flight ticket as per airline policy. Also, infants below 2 years will have a concession in local Saudi transportation as per the Saudi Transport Syndicate norms.
• For children above 2 years, the rate will be the same as for adults.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Inshallah, in Makkah, within 400** meters of Haram Sharif, and in Madinah, within 300** meters of Haram Sharif.
• Air-conditioned accommodation with lift facilities in all countries.
• We care for our pilgrims and make their travel comfortable with A/C buses. All local Ziyarah tours in all countries.
• We provide Tamil Nadu foods at Makkah and Madinah hotels only. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the dining hall of the hotel restaurants with a buffet system. (In other countries, we provide only international food with a buffet system.)
• We take you to Ziyarah inside both the Haram Sharif of Makkah and Madinah.
• All country visa charges.
• Airfare: round-trip air ticket, connecting flight.
• 5 litres of zam zam.
• All services start from Amman Airport (your landing point in Jordan). Inshallah, a fulfilled and delightful Ziyarah with Umrah service.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES

• If any other new additional tax (India GST & TCS & Saudi VAT or any other tax in India & Saudi governments) or other country VAT or municipality tax is applicable, and if the tax amount is also increased by all governments, then the haji should pay the extra tax amount separately.
• Qurbani.
• Haji’s personal expenses.
• For additional Umrah expenses.
• Foreign exchange, etc. (under the BTQ scheme, each person is eligible to draw 3,000 USD at his own cost).
• Entrance fee to the Royal Mummy room (Pharaoh).
• Expenses of a personal nature such as drinks, telephone and laundry bills, etc.
• Wheelchairs for disabled/aged persons should be arranged individually at their own cost. The tour cost does not include it.
• Airline excess luggage charges.
• Room service is not available.
• Saudi or other country SIM card.
• The expense for staying in Chennai, food expenses, and other personal expenses at the airport and during all travelling hours.
• Any other additional services that are not included in the package.
• All local ziyarah tours in Makkah and Madinah and other country.
• Aiysha Masjid Umrah.
• Tawaf al-vida.
• Transport service from the hotel to Haram Sharif in Makkah and Madinah. Any other additional services that are not included in the package.
• PCR test or any other test in India.
• If anyone receives a positive COVID test, the haji will be responsible for bearing all the expenses, and all further reservations will be non-refundable. All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
